ROLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER
START DATE: Monday 3rd October 2022
ABOUT US
Established in 2017 in London, WORSHIP is an independent management and services company working alongside like minded, innovative and original artists including Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock, 1991, MANT, Oliver Winters and Sam Neill. Predominantly working in dance music, WORSHIP offer in-house A&R, label services, creative design, marketing, live advancing and more; providing a unique, bespoke and hands on resource to empower artists to help realise their full potential.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To assist the managing director and the collective of highly respected creative artists on a day to day basis, helping to maximise the potential and success across the roster.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting on artist release campaigns; collating and organising label copy, marketing assets, registering songs to PPL/PRS, creating and executing social media plans and more
- Diary, social media, online and website management
- Assistance on artist key headline shows and worldwide tours
- Assistance on live advancing / logistics and booking third party creatives
- Assisting with artist label management and accounting
- Artists royalties and compilation licenses
- Project management assistance – pre-production, on site support for shoots etc
- Developing and maintaining creative and club contacts
- Creating and sending newsletters
- Updading artist DSP playlists

ABOUT YOU
At least two years experience in the music industry within a record label or management company, specifically in dance music, ideally possessing a high passion and insight for drum & bass music.
- Good communication skills, accommodating approach
- Professional in all work environments and settings
- Proactive, with the ability to remain motivated
- Positive can do attitude, team player
- Self starter and good self manager
- Ability to plan, highly organised and diligent, with meticulous attention to detail
- Open to overcoming challenges which may be encountered, with pragmatic solutions
- Comfortable working in a creative environment. Willingness to attend shows, late nights and create content on the road
- Good knowledge of the current UK and global music market, digital landscape and trends
- Experience with graphic design and video editing
- Must be able to access London easily
- Bonus: existing relationships in the electronic music sector

SALARY: £25k – £28k DOE
